Dr Ayanda Cengimbo

Dr Ayanda Cengimbo has special interests and technical expertise in Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine. Having worked in the National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) as a Chief Medical Officer in the Division of Public Health and Response, she provided technical support to the Department of Health at various levels. Her expertise extends to research on infectious disease outbreaks and HIV medicine, reflected in several authored and co-authored publications.
Scope of Practice
